All meetings are open to the public and begin at 7 PM at  the Hyde Park Neighborhood Club, 5480 S. Kenwood Ave., Chicago IL

The Council works for the benefit of the community and welcomes the participation of residents and businesses. The Council has three standing committees: Parking, Planning & Development, and Neighborhood and Business Environment.

The SECC provides professional and administrative support to the TIF Council to ensure its effective operation. For more information on TIF Council activities or copies of meeting minutes contact the SECC at 773-324-6926.

All TIF Council members are appointed by Alderman Toni Preckwinkle and serve staggered three-year terms.
